Episode 41 - Small Groups - The Leader as a minister of the Gospel

In this episode we bring in subject matter expert - Alex Hernandez. He and his wife Sarah are the campus pastors at Portland Bible College. (www.portlandbiblecollege.org) 

He comes in with around 3 decades of experience in leading small groups and coaching small group leaders. This will be a part one of two of talking about key ingredients of a truly successful small group - before we start talking about the ingredients that a small group leader needs to bring - we decided we needed to talk about the primary ingredient of all - THE LEADER.
